Thanks to sliding rivets and much internal leather strapping, this adult armour is fully articulated in both the historically and anatomically correct way. Based on an armour currently on display at the Royal Armouries museum in Leeds, this Littlecote armour features one-piece Bracelet-Couters, opening and locking hinged Vambraces, full 360° Rerebrace rotation with pegged and removable buckled Pauldrons, 14 lame removable Tassets with iron top hinge and deep knee cop, incised Pauldron & Tasset lames, proof marked breast plate, and over 250 hand turned brass and steel rivets. Each of the 58 separate plates that make up this armour have been heat-treated to provide good temper and spring. This all steel cavalry officers ¾ harness can be supplied natural and waxed as shown, bright polished or blackened, (extra charge for bright polishing). This price includes your choice of a wall or floor stand.
