This miniature cup-hilted rapier has a hand forged and banded one piece cup, a silver wired handle and turned pommel. It also features decorative and roped quillions, both of which are surmounted with a finial. The sword measures 25” from tip to tip, and 25.5” when in the leather scabbard, which comes complete with twelve loop hanger and all 20 brass buckles and clasps. This sword does not have a cutting blade, it is intended purely to decoratively enhance a miniature armour, such as my ‘boy-prince’ armour.
